Nannyeze Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We believe that everyone we work with has the right to be safe, to be treated with respect and to be protected from harm. Safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone involved in our training, nanny and crèche services.
This statement applies across all of our activities, including training and courses, nanny services and crèche provision, and to everyone who works or volunteers with us, whether directly or on our behalf.
We take care to recruit suitable people. Depending on the role, this may include enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, verified references and interviews. Childcare professionals connected with families or organisations through Nannyeze are expected to hold appropriate checks and to maintain professional standards.
We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead who is responsible for safeguarding matters and for responding to concerns. Any safeguarding concern should be raised with the Designated Safeguarding Lead without delay, using the contact details below.
Those working with us are expected to understand their safeguarding responsibilities and to receive safeguarding awareness appropriate to their role. We promote a culture in which concerns can be raised openly and are taken seriously.
If you are worried that a child or vulnerable adult is at risk, please tell us as soon as possible so that we can act.
This statement is reviewed regularly and updated to reflect good practice and any relevant changes in guidance or law.
For safeguarding matters, please contact Nannyeze Ltd at info@nannyeze.co.uk, or write to us at Blithehale Court, 3 Birkbeck Street, London E2 6JY.
